Why girls only
Plenty of girls will happily join a mixed session at seven and quietly stop turning up at twelve. Not because they got worse, but because the game stopped being theirs. An all-girls environment removes that question entirely. She is not the girl on the team. She is on the team.

What development-focused actually means
It means we measure her against herself. Can she receive on the half turn when she could not in January. Is she asking for the ball in places she used to hide from. Results are the by-product, and we are patient about them in a way a results-first setup cannot afford to be.

Who it is for
Girls from 4 to 17, at any level. Some arrive having never played a competitive match. Some arrive already good and looking for somewhere that will push them. Both belong, and the sessions are built so neither one is wasted.
What we are here for
Every girl has limitless potential.
It is on the badge for a reason. The whole academy is an argument for that sentence being true, and a programme designed to prove it one player at a time.
